Sabri Privacy Policy

Sabri is a personal AI-powered audio tour guide. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Your GPS location, only while the app is actively open and in use
Your name and preferences from onboarding (interests, companions, language, tour depth, and your preferred guide style)
Places you have visited during tours, so Sabri doesn't repeat itself
Questions you ask Sabri during a tour
Behavioral interaction data — what you tap, listen to, skip, and how you move during a tour. This includes things like which map pins you tap versus ignore, whether you listen to a narration in full or skip it, how far you walk, whether you stray from a planned route, and how you use features like the camera identification tool. We use this to understand, in aggregate, what actually engages you — not just what you told us at signup.

To personalize your tour experience to your interests and preferences
To remember places you've already visited so we never repeat a narration
To infer additional interests from your behavior (separate from what you explicitly stated), which we use to subtly adjust — never to override — the places and stories Sabri prioritizes for you
To improve Sabri over time and understand how the product is actually used

Your data is stored with Supabase, hosted in Zurich, Switzerland — a GDPR-compliant jurisdiction.

Your profile and visit history are stored until you delete your account.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete my account, or by contacting hello@getsabri.com.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time.
